ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“Wherefore, it is prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to;
(a) Allow the petition; and (b) Set aside the Ex.P7 marked before the court dated 17.09.2022 in C.C.No.1272/2022 in V JMFC, Mangalore. (Annexure A) (c) Pass such other orders which may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Trial Court under Sections 33 and 34 of the Karnataka Stamp Act, which may be
disposed of in accordance with law.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
