Application No.38484 of 2024 which came to be dismissed for non-removal of o:ice objections vide order dated 18.11.2024 as the applicant could not remove the o:ice objections within the time granted by this Court. The applicant has also prayed to condone the delay caused in preferring the present application. 3. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant would R/CR.MA/17593/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/11/2025 submit that the applicant shall remove the o:ice objections within a period of two weeks from today. Hence, the present application may be allowed. 4. I have heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and perused the memo of application. I am of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, the same is allowed. F/Criminal Misc. Application No.38484 of 2024 is restored to its original =le.
