Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Finance & Planning. 2. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is for recovery of an amount of Rs.4,85,305/-. It is submitted that the Writ Petitioner has executed certain works and made the above mentioned claim. 3. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 02.04.2025 furnished by the Deputy Executive Engineer, RWS & S Sub Division, Singarayakonda. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. Serial No.23 of the Written Instructions reads as under: S.No. Particulars Details 23 Remarks : The above work was executed by the petitioner under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam (GGMP) grant. The bill will be processed soon after the allocation of Budget from the Government in NIDHI/CFMS portal through pay & Accounts Officer, Ongole. 3 5. The above extract would indicate that the claim made by the Writ Petitioner is admitted by the Deputy Executive Engineer, RWS & S Sub Division, Singarayakonda. Since the budgetary allocation is pending, there shall be a direction to the Competent Authority namely the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to complete the entire administrative process by coordinating and cooperating with the relevant Departments for the purpose of budget allocation within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and transfer the admitted amount to the Bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. The claim amount shall be subject to the statutory deductions, if any. 6. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank account to the Competent Authority within one week for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
