JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The petitioner aggrieved by the construction being put up by respondent no.4 over site Nos.277 and 278 in Sy.No.58/5, Domlur, Bengaluru-71, has made representation to respondent nos.1 to 3-BBMP to initiate appropriate action against respondent no.4. On the ground that the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent nos.1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action against respondent no.4. 2. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 upon instructions submits that, he has also made necessary representation to the concerned authorities to grant necessary permission to him regarding the construction and the same is yet to be granted. 3.
