Joint memo filed. 2. Joint memo reads as under:
“Herein, the advocates for Rev. Petitioner and respondent submits as under:
That the parties have compromised the case. In view of Compromise the Accused/Rev. Petitioner has to pay Rs. 12,50,000/-to complainant out of the said amount accused has deposited Rs.4,80,000/- before Sessions Court Bagalkot sitting at Jamakhandi and he transferred Rs.7,70,000/-to the account of Complainant through his Bank account. That the Complainant is liberty to withdraw Rs.4,80,000/- from Sessions Court, Jamakhandi.” Hence this joint memo.”
3. Since the matter is already settled before the trial Court by filing the joint memo and compromised, accused who is in custody is ordered to be released. 4. In view of the settlement that has been taken place between the parties and entire amount is paid, learned
