By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 24.05.2022, passed by this Court, wherein the petition was disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to finalize the selection list and issue formal engagement order without causing any further delay. Respondents were further directed to consider the claim of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, upon receiving a detailed representation from the petitioner. 2. Respondents have filed statement of facts and have placed on record the consideration order dated 31.03.2023, wherein the claim of the petitioner has been considered and same has been found devoid of any merit and rejected, thereby implementing the implementing the order dated 24.05.2022. 3. In view of the above, respondents have implemented the order dated 24.05.2022, passed by this Court in its letter and spirit. Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the consideration order dated 31.03.2023, passed by District Programme Officer Poshan Anantnag, if he desires so.
