Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Perusal of the record shows that in the instant case, FIR was registered vide Case Crime No. 620 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 427, 395 IPC at Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. Upon lodging of the said FIR, the police investigated the matter and thereafter, submitted the Final Report No. 232 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024, however, on the said final report, further investigation was directed to be made by the higher police authorities. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record a letter dated 16.06.2025 under the signature of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cantt. Kanpur Nagar and from the perusal of the said letter, it transpires that on account of transfer of the Investigating Officer, the investigation of the instant case has been entrusted from one Investigating Officer to another and finally, on 05.06.2025, the investigation of the said case has been entrusted to Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cantt., Kanpur Nagar, who is investigating the matter. 4. In view thereof, it is directed that the Assistant Commissioner of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Achint Ranjan Singh, Kunwar Ajay Singh, Ramesh Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Prem Shankar Sachan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) Police, Cantt., Kanpur Nagar, who is entrusted with the investigation of the instant case, shall conclude the investigation in fair, impartial and expeditious manner and bring it to the logical conclusion. 5.
