Instant petition has been filed under Section 480(5) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by the Court of Sh.Virinder Aggarwal, learned Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, vide order dated 11.07.2024, in case FIR No.59, dated 22.06.2024, under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur, as young son of petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar has been murdered by respondent No.2 in connivance and in conspiracy with Sanjna, wife of the deceased, by strangulation and gave the colour of suicide to a murder case. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that respondent No.2/accused, has been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 20.02.2025. 3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
