The present appeal challenges refusal of ad-interim injunction on the motion taken out by the plaintiff restraining the defendant- Corporation from demolishing the suit structure. 2. In this matter, status-quo order was passed on 17 April 2018 and has continued till today. The main motion is now at the stage of filing reply and rejoinder and listed on 23 January 2026. 3. Both the parties are directed to file their reply and rejoinder before 23 January 2026 and the City Civil Court to hear the motion and pass an order on or before 31 March 2026. It is made clear that the none of the party would seek adjournment on any ground except on the ground of any bereavement or medical. 4. The learned counsel for the appellant states that they will not carry out any construction till the disposal of the motion. Till the motion is disposed of, the status-quo order granted by this Court on 17 April 2018 to continue. 6. The appeal is disposed of in above terms.
