SC No. 132/2022 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge 1 [POCSO], Chikkaballapur for the offences & FTSC punishable under Section 376 (3) of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 at Annexure C coupled with grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner – accused has filed Affidavits of petitioner and victim duly signed by the petitioner, victim and learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Petitioner – accused, victim and learned counsel for the petitioner are physically present before the Court and they admit the contents of the Affidavits of the petitioner and the victim, which reads as under:- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28028 CRL.P No. 9180 of 2025 “AFFIDAVIT OF PETITIONER “I, Ramana V S/o Pedda Venkataramanappa, aged about 24 years, R/at Sakavandlapalli, Golur Hobli, Bagepalli Taluk, Chikkaballapura Dist, now at Benaluru, being fully conversant with the facts of the case by virtue of the being the applicant herein and the petitioner in the said Criminal Petition, do make oath and solemnly affirm as follows: 1. The facts and ground in the Memorandum of Criminal Petition, may be please be read as part and parcel of this affidavit to avoid repetition of the facts for the sake of brevity. 2. I state that, the respondent No.1 herein has registered a case in Crime No.209/2022 later Register as Spl SC No. 132/2022 on the file of Addl. District Judge and Session Judge and FTSC-I (Posco), Chikkaballapura, for the offences punishable U/s 376 (3) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 against me. 3. 1 state that, I have filed the above petition seeking quashing of FIR in Crime No.209/2022 later Register as Spl SC No.132/2022 on the file of Addl. District and Session Judge and FTSC-1 (Posco), Chikkaballapura, for the offences punishable U/s 376 (3) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4. I state that, during the course of these proceedings with the interevention of elders and well wishers of respective family the dispute between me and victim Ms. Anjinamma S.G was settled out of court. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28028 CRL.P No. 9180 of 2025 5. I state that, during the proceedings, the said Ms. Anjinamma S.G attained majority and we got married. On 08.06.2025 register in the office of the Register of Marriage, Bagepalli, being the document No. BGP-HM 00040-2025-26 register on 16.06.2025. Further due to the intervention of the elders and well wishers of our respective well wishers we have settle the matter out of the court. The Aadhar Card of the Victim Ms. Anjinamma. A reflect the name of mine as her 6. Myself accused Spl SC No.132/22 married the on 08.06.2025 register in the office of the Register of Marriage, Bagepalli, being the document No. BGP-HM-0040-2025-26 register on 16.06.2025. Further due to the intervention of the elders and well wishers of our respective well wishers we have settle the matter out of the court. The Aadhar Card of the Victim Ms. Anjinamma. A reflect the name of mine as her husband. 7. I state that, I am married to the Ms. Anjinamma S.G and we have been living together under the same roof from 16.06.2025. 8. I state that, I have not filed any other application seeking similar relief before this Hon'ble Court along with this main petition. 9. I state that, I have not exerted an pressure on the Smt. Ms. Anjinamma S.G. 10. District and Session Judge and FTSC-1 (Posco), Chikkaballapura, for the offences punishable U/s 376 (3) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 against me, in the interest of justice. I state that, I am the victim in the above case, and I know the facts of the case. 2. I state that, the respondent No.1 herein has registered a case in Crime No.209/2022 later Register as Spl SC No.132/2022 on the file of Addl. District and Session Judge and FTSC-1 (POSCO), Chikkaballapura, for the offences punishable U/s 376(3) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28028 CRL.P No. 9180 of 2025 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 against petitioner. 3. (ii) The proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.132/2022 (arising out of Crime No.209/2022 of 1st respondent – Police) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (3) of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, pending on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge & FTSC – 1 [POCSO], Chikkaballapur, insofar as the petitioner is concerned are hereby quashed.
