Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Illaqa Magistrate/trial court of competent jurisdiction, before whom the criminal proceedings arising out of the FIR, in which he is arrayed as one of the accused, are pending, at first instance, seeking permission to apply for or renew his passport. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. In case, any application seeking permission to apply for or renew of passport is preferred by the petitioner, the Illaqa Magistrate/trial court concerned, shall decide the same, most expeditiously. 3.
