The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar (Bara Bazar O.P) P.S. Case No. 419 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) (a) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. On 29.10.2024, husband of the Informant namely Manjit Yadav was shot dead by unknown persons. Name of the petitioner has transpired on suspicion that prior to the occurrence, he had threatened the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ramchandra Kumar @ Rama Soni has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.935 of 2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar (Bara Bazar O.P) P.S.
