JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 25.04.2025 It has been brought to the attention of this Court by Mr. H.K. Das, the learned Amicus Curiae that an amount of Rs. 16,55,452/- has already been credited to the bank account of the petitioner which is the arrear family pension. 2. In addition to that, Mr. J. Handique, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Director of Pension, Assam Page No.# 3/3 submitted that the PPO is in the process of being made. He submitted that immediately upon the PPO is made ready, the same shall be handed over to the petitioner. He further submitted on instruction(s) that the payment of the pension would be made regularly. 3. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, for which, the instant proceedings stands closed. 4. Liberty, however, is given to the petitioner to approach the DLSA, Kokrajhar, in the circumstance that the PPO is not furnished to the petitioner and this Court observes and directs the concerned Secretary, DLSA, Kokrajhar shall take appropriate actions. It is further observed that if such actions so taken do not fructify, the Secretary, DLSA, Kokrajhar shall bring it to the attention of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall again place this matter before this Court.
