Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Set aside dated the impugned order 19.4.2025 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mathura in Civil Suit No. 1680 of 2024, Ibrahim & others Vs. Santosh Sharma & others. ii) Direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mathura to decide the Civil Suit No. 1680 of 2024, Ibrahim & others Vs. Santosh Sharma & others and till the disposal of suit the respondents may be directed to not to change the nature and not to create any third party right over the land plot in question." 3. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.04.2025 rejecting the application for interim injunction paper no.6-C under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC filed by the petitioner. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has right to file an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1-r CPC. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6.
