By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner who is working as Staff Nurse on contract basis at Community Health Centre, Jalaun and is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 06.06.2025 issued by the Chief Medical Officer concerned transferring her to Primary Health Centre, Pindari Block Coach. 3. It is submitted that the contract employees are appointed on the basis of agreement reached with them by the authority for the Community Health Centre specific. It is submitted that the controversy is no more res integra as in the identical set of facts this Court has already allowed a petition being Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others). 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the same. 5. In view of the above this petition also stands allowed of in terms of the order passed in Writ A No. 1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs.
