Singh, learned AGA for State and Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party. 2. This Court has passed following order on 03.04.2025 in Second Bail Application No. 8648/2025 :- “1. Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for informant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for State. 2. This is third bail application. Second bail application of applicant was rejected on 28.08.2024. 3. In compliance of an order passed by this Court, learned Trial Court has submitted a status report dated 02.04.2025. According to prosecution, there are 8 eye witnesses, however, till date no witness is examined as well as the Court also takes note that second bail application of two co-accused were rejected by co-ordinate Benches. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, at this stage, if applicant is released on bail, he may influence the witness and detention period is only 2 years and 9 months which cannot be considered to be a prolong detention, therefore, there is no subsequent event to grant bail and accordingly, present bail application is rejected.” 3. It appears that within a short period of 3 months, present bail application is filed stating that all witnesses of facts have been examined. 4. According to status report dated 13.08.2025, 11 witnesses have been examined and still number of witnesses are remained for examination. 5. Court does not find that there is any subsequent event which have occurred within a period of 3 months from rejection of earlier bail application. 6. Accordingly, present bail application is rejected. 7. However, it is observed that subsequent bail application will be considered only after a reasonable period. Order Date :- 19.8.2025 N.
