The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. issue such appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No 3 to give police protection to the petitioner in the installation of CCTV as per the order of the court; b. issue such appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondent consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.02.2025 at Annexure-E, dated 05.02.2025 at Annexure-F and dated 06.02.2025 at Annexure-G; and c. Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the V Additional City - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50527 WP No. 8473 of 2025 Civil Judge, Bengaluru in O.S.No.1346/2022 has not been implemented by Respondent No.3. 3. Whenever any order is passed by any Court, it is required for the Police Officers to comply with the said order and assist in the implementation of the same. There being a categorical direction that the Station House Officer (SHO), Kumbalagodu Police Station would assist the plaintiff in installing CCTV and its accessories to the suit schedule property, it was required for such assistance to have been rendered by SHO-Respondent No.3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued, directing Respondent No.3 to give police protection to the petitioner in the installation of CCTV and its accessories in terms of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed by V Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50527 WP No. 8473 of 2025 O.S.No.1346/2022.
