Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant(s) in all the appeals have contended that the disbursement is to be made by the Government of Punjab and as such the representation(s), if any, filed by the Institution(s) would have to be forwarded to the Government of Punjab.
4.
In view of the above limited prayer made by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant(s), it is clarified that the representation, if any, as received by the appellant(s) in terms of para No.22 of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP- 13761-2024, would be forwarded to the Government of Punjab for further action.
