1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with prayer to direct Opp. Party No.4, the Tahasildar, Bramhagiri to settle the case land permanently in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Odisha Government Land Settlement Act, 1962 and the O.G.L.S. (Amendment) Rules, 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the self-same issue, the petitioner has made a
representation to Opp. Party No.4 on 08.05.2024 vide Annexure-3 and the same is still pending for
consideration and necessary direction be issued for early disposal of the representation.

Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to such prayer.
6. For the limited nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the Opp. Party No.4 to consider the representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner and to communicate the order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks of taking the decision. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
