The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of an interim order dated 16.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.21020/2025 (S-KSRTC). 2. In terms of the said order, the operation of the order of reversion (referred to as impugned order) was stayed. 3. The accused has filed a memo enclosing copy of the office order dated 05.12.2025, whereby the complainants have been continued "temporarily in the post of KST Havaldar (Class III) in the place where they are working at present". 4. The learned counsel for the complainants submits that the use of the word 'temporarily' in the said office order would not be in consonance with the interim order dated 16.07.2025 as the order of revision has been stayed prior to the passing of the said order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54526-DB CCC No. 1295 of 2025 5. Since the complainants are in the regular post of Havaldar, we are unable to accept that the accused has disobeyed any orders of the Court. It is material to note that the order of disobedience of which is complained, is an interim order. Therefore, the complainants would continue at the current post on a temporary basis till final order is passed. 6. The complaint is accordingly closed.
