The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to allot an alternate site measuring 40x60 Sq.ft., bearing site No.314, House List Khatha No.55/314, situated in Sy.No.101/4, Rachenahalli Village, KR Puram Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru, purchased by them. 3. Learned counsel on both sides submits that in an identical matter in the case of Mathew Kurian vs. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44307 WP No. 29820 of 2025 Bangalore Development Authority and Another1, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court disposed of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Committee constituted and headed by Hon'ble Justice Keshavanarayana in terms of order passed in the case of K P Anjanappa vs. State of Karnataka2. It is therefore submitted that the present writ petition may also be disposed of on similar terms. 4.
