Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are on interim anticipatory bail, passed by this Court by order dated 21.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have co-operated in the investigation. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also submitted that in this case, charge sheet has already been laid bearing charge sheet No. 27/2025. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, on 21.02.2025 is hereby extended for next 3(three) months, or till they receives summons from the Trial Court and appear before the said Court, whichever is earlier. 5.
