Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been filed for quashing of the order dated 10.05.2024 and order dated 16.07.2024, passed by learned Additional District Judge / FTC-II, Rampur in S.T. No. 239 of 2013, arising out of case crime no. 661 of 2012, under Section 306 IPC, P.S. Milak, District Rampur, whereby non-bailable warrants and process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. have been issued against the applicant. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant is willing to appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted to the applicant till then. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears /surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, her bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of two weeks from today or till the applicant appears /surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
