This appeal has been filed against an order passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Madhubani in a case registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3(1)(wi), 3(2)(v)(va) of the SC/ST Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected. 3. Allegation against appellant is that he killed the brother of informant and the dead-body of informant’s brother was found inside the Meat House of appellant. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I don’t find any error in the order impugned. Accordingly, the appeal stands Patna High Court CR.
