Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that based on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, the respondent-Police registered a case in Crime No.244 of 2022 on 05.11.2022, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the IPC, as against the accused persons. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent-Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.244 of 2022 and file a final report before the competent jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
