The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are the grounds for not transfer of investigation from the third to fourth respondent. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that due to delay in getting the Viscera report, they are unable to conclude the investigation and file the charge-sheet. In view of the same, the respondents-Police are directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge-sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, this petition is dismissed.
