The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 33/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamu. 3. On 12.01.2025 at about 11:00 P.M., on the basis of confidential information, town police, Daltonganj, raided an under construction house in Krishnanagar colony and apprehended six persons from there. On search, fire arms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, two live cartridges and one empty cartridge are alleged to have been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamu in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S.
