The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the case No. REV/2442 of 2016 (Computer case No. R20161436002442) (Mata Prasad Vs. Ram Prasad and Others) under Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the revision filed by petitioners arising out of proceeding under Section 28 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending before respondent no.2, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow. He further placed the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to consider and decide the aforementioned revision in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
