This Court, by an order dated 29.08.2023, remitted the matter by setting aside the order of the third respondent and directed the respondents to conduct a de nova consideration after hearing both the rival claims and, no objections, if any, by other legal heirs, and to pass appropriate orders thereafter. 3.
