The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 731/2024 arising out of Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 460/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109 & 118(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XIII, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blows on the person of the informant due to which he sustained injuries. 4. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that informant had sustained simple injury. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
