This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by Child Welfare Committee, District Bareilly. Petitioner has approached this court on wrong legal advise. Under section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal before the Children's Court against such an order. Petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available to the petitioner.
