The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife of the respondent and is residing with her child, who is under her care and custody. It is further submitted that she has to travel more than 150 kilometres to attend the court proceedings at Thiruvottiyur, which causes considerable hardship. 3. The reasons stated by the petitioner are justifiable. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 110 of 2024, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. On receipt of the records and after taking the case on file, the transferee Court is directed to issue notice to both parties and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
