The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 406, 420 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. It was submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since last four years. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi, in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
