Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents in all the petitions.

These writ petitions have been filed for grant of almost identical relief, which has been extracted from CWP No. 4062 of 2025: -
“(i. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to extend the benefit of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised pay) Rules, 2022 and their basic pay be fixed at Rs. 37600/- w.e.f. October 2021 i.e. the date when they have completed two years of regular service in terms of Notification dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-5) along with all consequential benefits and the Respondents be further directed to release the consequential arrears of pay along with interest @ 16% p.a.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved and the relief prayed for by the petitioners has already been adjudicated Inder Singh Thakur & Ors Vs. State of H.P. & Ors2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be content if the cases of the petitioners are considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment within a time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, these writ petitions are
disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order(s). The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
