2 2 The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to deciding the pending application dated 26/12/2024 of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Regular Assistant Ring Operator (Annexure P/1). 10.2 that, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.” 3
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is having the limited prayer to consider his pending representation for grant of promotion to the post of Regular Assistant Ring Operator. He has further submits that he has already filed a representation before the concerned respondent authorities on 26.12.2024, which has not been considered and decided till date. 4 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent authorities and prayed that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent authorities to consider and decide the same within considerable time frame. 5 Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of 10 days ventilating his grievance along with the
3 documents annexed with this petition and the concerned respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner. 6 With the aforementioned observation/direction, instant writ petition is disposed of.
