By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary of the petitioner and for period of 20.03.2024 till today with interest and also directing them to pay salary of the petitioner month to month continuously." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 20.05.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representation of petitioner dated 20.05.2025 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
