ORDER 03.02.2025 1. By virtue of the impugned order, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganderbal did not accept the application of the petitioner with regard to registration of FIR. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing the order dated 21.04.2022 of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganderbal, and also seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for registration of FIR against the private respondents. Serial No. 39 Reg. List 3. This Court vide order dated 22.06.2022 stayed the operation of the order dated 24.04.2022 and also directed respondent No. 3 to consider the application filed by the petitioner for registration of FIR against the private respondents. 4. The official respondents in their reply have submitted that FIR bearing No. 201 of 2022 for the commissions of offences under sections 379, 352, 506 and 427 IPC stands already registered in Police Station Ganderbal and after investigation of the matter statements were recorded and, therefore, grievance of the petitioner to that extent stands redressed. The respondents have also submitted that they have concluded the investigation and the challan would be produced in the competent court after completion of the procedural formalities. 5.
