The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 272/273/414/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Jyotsna Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma. On 28.03.2024 at about 5:30 P.M., Satgawan police on the basis of confidential information destroyed illegal brewery situated Barkati Fulwaria forest. Police also seized 180 liters of country made liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. on the basis of confidential information given by the witnesses whose name has not been disclosed by the prosecution. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Jyotsna Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma or her successor, in connection with Satgawan P.S.
