The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 25.01.2025, requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of 08 witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time to conclude the trial. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
