When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petitioner filed two contempt petitions challenging the non-compliance of the orders of this Court. Since, the other contempt petition is pending, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present contempt petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.
