The present review application has been filed on the ground that while dismissing the writ petition on 22.07.2025, the co-ordinate Bench had recorded a particular fact that not only the allotment of the plot in favour of the review-petitioner was cancelled but the same was re-auctioned in June, 2023 and the letter of intent had already been issued to the successful bidder, who was allotted the said plot thereafter and the amount has already been deposited by such auction purchaser, whereas, the auction conducted on 21.06.2023 has not been finalized. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents concede the said fact. 3. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record with their able assistance. 4.
