The claim of the petitioner is that Armed Forces Tribunal has wrongly granted the benefit of rounding off to 50% as against 30% from 01.06.2014 to 31.12.2015 whereas in the main part the rounding off is from 50- 75%. In the last para it has been wrongly mentioned as 50% as against 30% disability. We find that there is no reason for rounding off from 01.01.2016 whereas he was discharged on 01.06.2014. 2.
