In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit of opposite party disclosing that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, present application may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. The compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. I have perused the compliance affidavit. 6. From perusal it is apparent the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party. 7.
