Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been allotted a shop in Market Committee, Sidhwan Bet but no area has been provided to her for storage of crop/foodgrains. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Abhilaksh Gaind, Advocate, Mr. Rakesh Roy, Advocate, who are appearing through video-conferencing, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 3 & 4 and Mr. A.S. Khara, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2. They further submit that there is no separate space earmarked for the commission agents and they have to try and adjust their requirements in the available common space. They also submit that in case of any grievance, the petitioner may approach Secretary, Market Committee, Sidhwan Bet, who will make efforts to redress her grievance. 5. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been substantially redressed and no further direction is called for. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
