2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The petitioner happens to be the sister-in-law of the informant facing accusation in the present case with an omnibus nature of allegation of demand of dowry and torture to the informant along with the husband of the informant and other family members.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner taking this Court through the narrations made in the F.I.R. submitted that except the omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66541 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 there is no allegation against the petitioner, besides the fact that she is a lady and has no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the informant, besides omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close relative of the petitioner.
