Pursuant to the order dated 22.7.2025, the applicant assures to hand over a Demand Draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- (the approximate arrears of maintenance to his daughter) today on the date fixed. However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in a position to pay the maintenance amount. Accordingly, the respondent no. 2 is free to move the execution proceedings against the applicant at his given address which the applicant states the correct one. With the aforesaid direction, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
