The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife of the respondent and is residing at Udumalaipettai with her two children, who are under her care and custody, at her parental home. It is further submitted that she has to travel more than 70 kilometres to attend the court proceedings before the Family Court, Tiruppur, which causes considerable hardship. 3. The reasons stated by the petitioner are justifiable. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 405 of 2025, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur District, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Udumalaipettai, Tiruppur District. On receipt of the records and after taking the case on file, the transferee Court is directed to issue notice to both parties and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 4.
