The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take legal action against the fourth respondent for his inaction not to investigate the matter in issue till today and to direct the fourth respondent to hold enquiry/ investigate the case pursuant to the petitioner’s complaint lodged on 02.04.2023 vide Annexure- A and file charge sheet against the accused No.1 to 5 to the jurisdictional court for trial. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that the investigation is completed on 26.03.2024 and the charge sheet has been filed, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6793 WP No. 107700 of 2023 Writ Petition. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. 5.
