Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:19326 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 354 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dr. Manish Kumar Maurya Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Nand Lal Pandey,Suresh Kumar,Suyash Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.12.2024 and consequential order dated 13.12.2024 whereby his deputation has come to be recalled and given posting to his original place. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that deputation was for a period of four years and, therefore, he at least ought to have been provided with a opportunity of hearing before the impugned order came to be passed. 4. Per contra, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that deputationist does not have any vested right on a post and no prejudice as such is caused if deputation is withdrawn. 5. At this stage learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that he has already represented the matter before the higher authorities who may be directed to consider and take decision on the aforesaid representation in the light to the medical condition of wife of petitioner, papers regarding which have also been brought on record. 6. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the representation of petitioner dated 24.12.2024 within a maximum period of three weeks from the production of certified copy of this order. 7. Needless to add that the order to be passed must be reasoned and speaking one. Order Date :- 10.2.2025 Nadeem Digitally signed by :- NADEEM AHMAD High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
