Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of impugned order dated 07.05.2025 passed by SDJM, Balachaur, vide which the petitioner was ordered to be summoned as additional accused to face trial in DDR No.38 dated 21.08.2019 under Sections 323, 451, 506 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar, recorded in FIR No.81 dated 21.08.2019 under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 34 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of impugned order. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court, in accordance with law. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
